When you know your business needs to change, it’s common to seek out expert support. The problem? Many business and leadership coaches focus n the outcomes rather than the journey, asking:
- How do I increase my revenue?
- How do I magnetize my lead generation and client attraction?
- How do I get more visible to my people?
These are important questions and ones for which we need viable solutions to move the business forward toward your desired result. But starting with these questions creates more frustration because of this limitation: They are all focused on the how, leaving the why, who, and what in the dust. They’re closed, not open-ended. They have a “right” and “wrong” answer. And they keep you in the same pattern of trying to figure out the “right way” to run your business, stuck in the “shoulds,” “have tos,” and “supposed tos.” You also fall farther into the trap of reacting out of desperation, fear, and urgency and stay stuck in the grind of DOING MORE of what feels hard, misaligned, and not sustainable.
If you’re looking for business transformation, you don’t need another coach or guru who helps you piecemeal your business. - What are you really a “NO” to that you are participating in, allowing, or tolerating because you’re afraid of going without or being punished in some way if you don’t do it?
- What would the version of your business and your life that lights you up look feel like?
- How would the nourished, fueled, fully aligned YOU who had nothing to fear (including judgment) lead your business and enjoy your life?
I know! That’s a LOT! But trust me, when you begin to uncover and imagine the answers to even a few of these questions, your entire experience of yourself, your truest desires, your business, and your life changes.
