Hey! I’m Connie.
I’m a Heart Warrior. A Freedom Fighter. A Master of Breakthrough. The Coach for Impact Driven Changemakers. I have a passion for helping high achieving professionals, private practitioners, and business owners to discover their inner genius and unleash their brilliance. I empower them to awaken their inner fire and uncage from everything that hinders their greatness so they can Soar in deeper fulfillment and next level success in life, work, and business! I love helping them clarify their vision for the impact they want to have in the world and partnering with them to create it from dream to reality in a way that allows them to live aligned with their lifestyle values with the freedom and enjoyment they yearn for!
There is nothing more exciting or rewarding than getting to pull the gold out of people, calling them up into who they were created to be so they can impact the world with their unique magic with greater joy and impact. The mission I’m on is so meaningful to me because for most of my life I lived with a huge gap between my reality and the dream that burned inside of me. For years, I strived to achieve enough to feel like I was enough. I struggled every day to try to make life and business work, but no matter how hard I worked, the circumstances never lined up with the picture of the life or business I so desperately wanted. I knew I was capable of more, but I felt perpetually exhausted, overwhelmed, and discouraged.
Finally, in the midst of burn out and break down, I discovered the solutions to close the gap that had haunted me for years. As a result, I found my true essence – my strengths, values, passions, and my purpose. I reconnected with my heart and what mattered most to me. I also recognized that there were some core beliefs and patterns of behavior that were keeping me stuck and had created a ceiling that limited my freedom, fulfillment, and success. These mindsets and habits had helped me survive for many years, but at this point, were not allowing me to thrive!
Once I learned how to recognize and shift those ineffective thought and behavior patterns, the ceiling shattered, and I blew through the barriers that limited my success. My dream reignited in my heart, my vision became clear, and my conviction and confidence surged. I felt free to live and lead with courage, freedom, and authenticity. I reclaimed my time and energy, owned my life, and unleashed my full potential in my business! I was inspired and empowered to create the life and business that had previously seemed so far out of reach.
My business soared to new levels of success and my fulfillment in every area of life increased exponentially. Now I’m passionate about helping other men and women up their inner game so they can close the gap in their life and business by applying the same wisdom and principles that transformed me and my reality in ways I never imagined were possible.If you’re tired of struggling, striving, and surviving in a smaller and harder existence than the one you were created for, then heed your heart’s yearning and give it a voice. I live a heart centered, growth minded life, fueled by passion and founded in purpose. My mission is to see the beauty of God’s heart and to reflect it to others, calling them up into who they are created to be so they can unleash their unique brilliance and live and lead with the freedom, fulfillment, impact, and abundance they were destined for. I love people, animals, and nature, along with good food, authentic conversations, and belly laughs. Working out, running, gardening, reading for personal and professional development, time with God, and creative house projects are life giving to my spirit, mind, and body. I live in a cozy farmhouse in the country in the wide open space where I enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, donkeys and horses all around, and my 10 rescued and loved dogs and cats.

We have everything inside of us and around us in abundance to support us in fulfilling our true essence and purpose to live the life of freedom and fulfillment and to make the meaningful impact in the world we were created for!
