I’m Connie, your SOAR Coach.

Confession time. I was sitting where you are. Exhausted. Perpetually overwhelmed and frustrated, knowing you’re here to create so much more.

For most of my life, I lived with that huge gap between my reality and the dreams that burned inside of me. I strived for years to achieve and to feel like I was enough. I knew I was gifted at what I did, and I was capable of so much more, but reality never lined up with the picture of the life or business I so desperately wanted.

And then… you probably saw this coming… I entered full-scale burnout and breakdown that forced me to create REAL solutions to close that gap that had haunted me for years. If I had known then what I know today… I could have avoided the crash.

I discovered the path to reconnecting to my heart and aligning with my TRUE ESSENCE – my strengths, gifts, values, passions, and purpose. I learned how tp transform limiting mindsets and survival patterns so I could become who I was really created to be. And I built my business from the inside out – a heart centered, essence embodied, passion fueled, mission driven business that I loved.

When I began to look inward and listen to the wisdom that was already present, I discovered my unique path to purpose, impact, and profit.
