Start counting with me. How many of these have ever described how you’ve felt?
☐ You wake up, and start out the day feeling like you’ve got a great plan together, only to have it go up in virtual flames when you end up with fire after fire (client challenges, new deadlines, emergency meetings, endless emails, phone calls, and admin work, and on and on…) until you feel like setting your own business on fire, and not in the good way

→ Landing yourself in the ER because “everyone” says you’ve just got to keep hustling and work 24/7 to keep up and get to where you want your business to be (ugh!)
→ Another cookie cutter coaching program that offers you strategies and formulas for success with limited results and no practical applications that are specific to your needs and challenges that end up creating more overwork, overwhelm and frustration
→ A mastermind filled with people who are struggling with the same issues you are, and feels like the blind leading the blind (and everyone gives you different advice that keeps you spinning in circles, when none of them are actually your ideal clients so your intuition tells you not to listen to any of them)

→ Someone else’s “perfect day” plan, organization system, or business operating system that may work great for them but takes more energy to even understand and implement than what you’re already doing!
How do I know?
Because I tried all of those (and more).
I want to share something personal with you. But not the typical “I’m awesome and here are all the amazing things I can help you achieve” bio. I’ll share that later. Let’s start with the “skeletons in the closet” truth. It’s why I do what I do today and why it means so much to me.
See, for most of my life I lived with a huge gap between my reality and the dream that burned inside of me. (Sound familiar?)
For years, I strived to achieve enough to feel like I was enough. I struggled every day to try to make life and business work, but no matter how hard I worked, the circumstances never lined up with the picture of the life or business I so desperately wanted.
I knew I was gifted at what I did, and I was capable of much more, but I felt perpetually frustrated, exhausted, overwhelmed, and discouraged. Everything felt hard and nothing I did offered the results I so badly wanted.
And… you probably saw this coming… Enter full scale burn out and break down.
They say you’ve got to have a breakdown before you get a breakthrough.
I’m going to argue with that one. Because if I had known then what I know today… I could have avoided the crash.
But I’m incredibly grateful for it. It forced me to create REAL solutions to close the gap that had haunted me for years.
I discovered the path to reconnecting to my heart and aligning with my TRUE ESSENCE – my strengths, gifts, values, passions, and purpose. I learned who I was really created to be and my personal mission in the world, and I built my business from the inside out – a heart centered, essence embodied, passion fueled, mission driven business that I loved.
I learned how to transform limiting mindsets and survival patterns and programming that were keeping me stuck in the struggle, and I shifted into alignment, ease, and enjoyment. I discovered how to access my inner wisdom and power to unlock my full potential and unleash new possibilities.
And I clarified my vision for the dream in my heart and realized the path to create it through a sustainable, scalable business model, restructuring packages, offerings, and pricing, automating systems, focusing my time and energy in my zone of genius, becoming the empowered leader in my business, stepping into the fullness of who I was created to be in the world, and doing what feels easeful and enjoyable!
It was the path to freedom and impact I desired and knew I was made for!
