Let’s take just one of these challenges I just mentioned.
One of the biggest issues my clients who are therapists/practitioners face is experiencing shrinking or inconsistent business revenue.
I suggest getting a notebook and doing this activity:
- How many hours are you working per week?
- How many direct client hours are you working?
- How many hours are you working ON your business – doing things that develop your business, increasing your visibility and confidently, authentically sharing your clear, compelling message with others. Also include the Admin tasks.
Write that down. Look at that and ask yourself, “Of the total amount of hours worked each week, what percentage was working IN the business sitting with patients/clients? And what percentage was working ON the business?”
What are the current ways you are doing lead generation? How do you feel about it? What results is it producing for the effort you’re putting in?
How is your pipeline of potential clients getting filled?
How often are you working these strategies? How confident do you feel with your strategies? Are they sustainable and enjoyable?
Over the last 6 months to two years, what has changed with your lead generation strategies/tools/practices?
What are the top three ways then you have gotten clients in the last two years?
Look at what has changed.
Is it that your referral Sources have left?
Is it that your social media isn’t as effective?
Maybe Facebook changed their algorithm or your messaging isn’t engaging.
So the leads that used to come from Facebook aren’t anymore?
Now that I just had you bring up those stressful things…
What is your mindset like right now, and what is your mindset most of the time when it comes to thinking about your business and working on it?
What is your mindset like when it comes to marketing your business?
And getting your Voice out there.
